PDF files and Word (.docx) files are both accepted. PDFs are read natively by the AI. Word files have their text extracted automatically in your browser before upload.

Excel files and scanned image-only PDFs (no text layer) are not supported. If uploading a scanned document, check it has a text layer first.

Combined upload limit is approximately 25 MB. If your files are larger, try:

• Printing to PDF with reduced quality settings
• Removing appendix pages not relevant to the advice
• Using a free tool like Smallpdf or ilovepdf to compress

• Paste a full anonymised example report in the House Style tab — this is the single most effective thing you can do
• Add explicit style notes for anything you notice the AI getting wrong
• Run 5–10 test cases and note deviations; update the style notes accordingly
• Once the output is consistently on-brand, the style is set — advisers don't need to touch this tab

The responsible adviser must review and approve every report before it is issued to the client.
